Love to cook? Chef Frank Dodd invites you to share (some of) his best kept kitchen secrets with you. Join Executive Chef Frank Dodd for his fall favourites including seasonally inspired harvest soups & broths on September 13th and handmade pastas on September 27th. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three course lunch showcasing the bounty of Niagara, complemented by some of our best wines.
Trius Winery Tours are offered daily between 11 am to 6 pm.
It's the most wonderful time of the year; harvest! Take a behind-the-scenes look at the world of winemaking at Trius Winery. It gives you a taste (literally) of the path a grape follows from vineyard to finished wine and join us on for tours durring our harvest season.
