Winemaker Darryl Brooker, Chef Frank Dodd and our on-site Forager work passionately to create authentic dining experiences. Our wines and menus are inspired by the seasonal evolution of the vines that surround us and the local produce that grows beside them. Guests will explore the affinity between food and wine through an unrushed culinary journey.
The Studio
A private dining space within Hillebrand Winery Restaurant for up to 30 guests. Showcasing original works of art that appear on our Artist Series wines. Guests may dine from the seasonally inspired Tasting Menu or Limited à la Carte menus.
The Winemaker’s Lookout
For groups up to 32 guests, this seasonal space provides views of our Backyard Vineyard and the Niagara Escarpment. A stylish wine country environment with stone fireplaces and spectacular views. Guests may dine from our Limited à la Carte menu.
The Vineyard Pavilion
With dining space for up to 125 guests, floor to ceiling windows allow guests to experience dining amongst the vines. In season, these windows disappear allowing guests to dine al fresco. Guests may dine from the seasonally inspired Tasting Menu, Set Lunch or Dinner menus or our Best of Niagara Wine Country Experience.
