Love to cook? Chef Frank Dodd invites you to share (some of) his best kept kitchen secrets with you! On April 26, Chef Dodd will “flex his mussels” and showcase three specialty recipes using mussels. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three course lunch showcasing the dish Frank demonstrated complemented by some of our best wines.
