*New* Showcase Pinot Noir 2012
This Pinot Noir is from gentle slopes that enjoy abundant sunlight with red shale soils in our Four Mile Creek sub-appellation. We hand picked and hand sorted these grapes in order to only use the ripest and healthiest of grapes. It was aged for 11 months in new and older French oak barriques. This elegant, medium bodied Pinot Noir has notes of cherry, raspberry, smoke and earth. Easy to pair with almost any protein white or red.
