The Iconic Moments of Trius: Past & Present *Wine Club Member Exclusive

Everyday Iconic, has decided to push the envelope by offering an exclusive dining experience to celebrate our history of wine making and culinary excellence. We have invited back two iconic Trius Winery veterans; Darryl Brooker - Head Winemaker from 2005 to 2010, and Chef Tony de Luca - Executive Winery Chef from 1996 to 2005. Darryl Brooker will be joining us all the way from CedarCreek Estate Winery in British Columbia to help host and reminisce about past vintages and memorable moments in Trius history. Behind the scenes, Chef Tony de Luca will join Chef Frank Dodd on his culinary team for the evening, as they join forces to create four memorable courses.

Together, Craig, Darryl,Frank and Tony are planning to deliver the most unforgettable evening. Book now as this dinner is sure to sell out!

World’s Best Red *Wine Club Member Exclusive

Take a step back in time with us, to the early 1990’s, when Trius Winery experienced their very own “Bottle Shock” moment in winemaking history. In 1995, the 1991 vintage of our iconic Trius Red was crowned “World’s Best Red” at the International Wine and Spirit Competition, attracting global awareness to the emerging Niagara wine region. Not only did this award put Trius Winery on the map as a premium wine producer, but it put the swagger in our step - and we’ve had it ever since!

Our Estate Sommelier, Adele Shennan is prepared to take you step-by-step through the magic behind the 1991 vintage and exact blend. Then, channel your inner Winemaker, as you get the chance to remake the famous winning blend (with a chance to add your own special twist), bottle the wine you created, and take home your very own piece of Trius history
