Winemaker’s Dinner at Azure Restaurant in Toronto

Trius Winery at Hillebrand along with our friends at the InterContinental Hotel on Front Street in Toronto would like to invite you and your guests to a Winemaker’s Dinner celebrating local wine and cuisine. Join Winemaker Craig McDonald as he brings some of his favourite award-winning Trius wines to complement the dishes prepared by Chef de Cuisine Grace Di Fede at Azure Restaurant, located within the InterContinental Hotel. Chef Di Fede has crafted a 5-course menu that will shine the spotlight on the freshest regional ingredients to match with Trius Wines.
The event is $150 per person (including tax and gratuity) and reservations can be made by calling Azure directly at 416.597.8142. The hotel is also offering a special overnight rate for members who may wish to spend the night.
Join dynamic cooking duo, Chef Frank Dodd of Trius Winery Restaurant and Chef Jason Parsons of Peller Estates Winery Restaurant for a rare dining opportunity. Your talented hosts will prepare a four course dinner that demonstrates their shared passion for local food. With the cooking duties split 50/50, each chef will create two courses paired with their favourite vintages from Trius and Peller Estates.
