This sommelier led experience will take you through a tasting of wines from around the world to explain the nuances of each.

Scones are the perfect accompaniment to breakfast tea or homemade soups, especially when you’re hosting family and friends. The smell of fresh baking is always a delight to the senses when guests enter your home, too! In this hands-on class, Executive Chef Frank Dodd will teach you the best techniques for mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of sweet and savoury scones. You’ll enjoy sipping on a glass of Trius Brut as you create your own scones to take home and bake.

The Grape Stomp *Wine Club Member Exclusive

This highly sought after experience will have you up to your knees in wine… literally! It’s a full out competition as we randomly form teams to compete in our Grape Stomp Challenge. Elimination rounds end with two teams going head-to-head for the championship. The winning team not only wins bragging rights, but also takes home a bottle of Trius Brut to celebrate. (We recommend bringing a change of clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty/stained).

Tango in Red *Wine Club Member Exclusive

What do Trius Red and Tango have in common? Both are best enjoyed as a pair! We’re heating up the Trius Red Room with a tango lesson from a professional ballroom dancing instructor, while enjoying nibbles that pair perfectly with Trius Red. The parallels between the sexy Tango and our sexy red blend will be very evident during this class.

Winemaker Craig McDonald and Chef Frank Dodd are teaming up to bring you down under for a culinary adventure from Australia. We’ll start the evening with a cocktail reception before settling into our private dining room for a 4-course dinner expertly paired with our award-winning wines. Wine Club Member Exclusive Event

If you are a Trius, Peller, Wayne Gretzky or Thirty Bench wine club member, this intimate event is just for you!  We'll start the evening in the Trius Red Barrel Cellar for a 3-course dinner by Chef Frank Dodd with perfect wine pairings.

Next, we'll head to Shaw Festival Theatre in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake for a spectacular performance of Dracula. Before the show begins, you'll get an exclusive pre-show experience and sparkling wine reception. Our platinum level seats will have to close to the action!
