Before your culinary adventure begins, mingle with your classmates while enjoying a glass of our famous bubbly, Trius Brut paired with gourmet snacks during a Sparkling Reception. Then, settle in for an interactive, one hour cooking class with our locavore. A Trius New Year's Eve Masquerade

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in unique style at Trius Winery. This intimate evening will showcase the very best from our cellars and kitchen. Kick off the evening with a reception in our Trius Red Cellar where you will receive your “celebration” mask, sparkling wine and our kitchen’s favourite snacks. Following the reception, indulge in a 4-course dining experience crafted by Chef Frank Dodd and perfectly paired with Winemaker Craig McDonald’s award winning wines. After dinner, start the countdown to 2014 by dancing the night away as you request your favourite songs at our live Trius Piano Bar.
