Love to cook? We're excited to give you the opportunity to learn tips and tricks from our Gold Medal Plates winning chef!  Now, for the first time ever, Chef Frank Dodd is going to share (some of) his best kept kitchen secrets with you.

Before your culinary adventure begins, mingle with your classmates while enjoying a glass of our famous bubbly, Trius Brut paired with gourmet snacks during a Sparkling Reception. Then, settle in for an interactive, one hour cooking class with our locavore. You’ll have a perfect view of all the kitchen action displayed on large projection screen. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three course lunch showcasing the dish Frank demonstrated complemented by some of our best wines.
