Our Cabernet Franc's juicy flavours of ripe currants and blackberry develop on the palate and linger on the finish with notes of black tea and cocoa. Medium-bodied and aged 7 months in French and American oak. An incredible value for Niagara's favourite red varietal!Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18ºC in large bowled red wine glasses. Enjoy now through 2018.

Serve with grilled steak and mushrooms; herbed lamb chops; prime rib on focaccia; Portobello burgers; beef wraps; beef and red pepper kebobs; aged Canadian cheddar or other hard cheeses.

Cab Franc is my favourite wine and this is the best here in Canada, what I tried. If you like full bodied dry wine, try this, you would love it!

I love Cabernet Sauvignon and just recently tried Cabernet Franc. It is a great wine with lots of flavour. I will definitely drink the Trius again!
