Trius wines are found at Hillebrand Winery. We look forward to welcoming you to Hillebrand, where you can stroll the vineyards, dine in our restaurant, or enjoy a guided tour to learn about the art of winemaking at Trius.
Tour options range from the complimentary Classic Winery Tour for the first time visitor, to tours that focus on areas of specific interest. Tours are offered daily from 10:00 a.m.
Trius - Art of the Blend Experience
Join our wine guides for this hands-on blending exercise. Guests have the opportunity to become winemakers, creating your own version of Trius Red. Each participant will bottle their own wine to take home as a memory of this unique experience.
Offered Saturdays & Sundays at 2 pm & 4 pm. $25 per guest, $20 for Wine Club members.
Sparkling Wine Experience
Explore the unique Trius underground cellar to witness 100,000 bottles of sparkling wine, patiently ageing. Visit the vineyards where the grapes are carefully grown to produce our award-winning Trius Brut. You will be escorted to the underground cellar to discuss the history of sparkling wine, unique production and tasting etiquette. A tasting of sparkling wines will follow. Offered daily at 1 pm. $10 per guest and complimentary to Wine Club members.
