Trius Movie Night in the Vineyard - Dinner & A Movie
Select Fridays in June & July. Please arrive for your dinner promptly at 7 pm with the movie starting at sunset.

Meet us at Hollywood and ‘Vine’ for a wine country version of a night at the drive in.

Start the night off indulging in a seasonally-inspired 3-course dinner by Winery Chef Frank Dodd with an exclusive group of movie-going aficionados at our harvest tables overlooking the vineyard. Each course will be perfectly paired with our award-winning wines.

After dinner, you'll settle in for the movie in the best Vineyard Lawn seats in the house reserved just for our Dinner & A Movie guests. With a glass of Trius wine in hand and movie theatre style snacks to share, enjoy a classic film favourite or new release. Under a blanket of stars and surrounded by our idyllic vineyard – this will be one movie night to remember.

$99 per person, plus taxes and gratuities. Your ticket will include a 3-course dinner with wine pairings, reserved seating for the movie, movie admission, one glass of wine at the movie, a souvenir glass, and one bag of popcorn.   

Special Details: This is a 19+ event and ID will be required. Gates open at 8:30 pm and the movie starts promptly after sunset. Movie end time depends on start time and length of movie. Please do not bring your own chairs, alcohol, food or pets (a cozy sweater is recommended as the evenings can be cool). In case of inclement weather movies will be cancelled and ticket holders notified and refunded by 2pm the day prior; Dinner & A Movie guests will proceed with dinner as scheduled. Please ensure you are selecting the correct movie date when purchasing your ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.

Artisan Bread making with Chef Frank Dodd * Wine Club Member Exclusive
Saturday, May 6 at 11am & 1 pm

Much like pie, the smell of fresh bread delights your senses when you walk into a home.In this hands-on class Executive Chef, Frank Dodd will teach you the best techniques for mixing, fermenting, shaping, and baking a variety of bread. You’ll enjoy sipping on a glass of Trius Brut as you create your own mini bread loaf to take home and bake.

JoinWinemaker Craig McDonald and Executive Chef Frank Dodd as they partner for a culinary adventure with wine (red and white) and local farm-fresh ingredients.We’ll start the evening with a reception before settling into our underground sparkling wine cellar for a 4-course dinner expertly paired with our award-winning wines. Start off the evening with your dining companions (and soon-to-be adversaries) in our winery boutique with a guided tasting led by one of our resident wine experts. Let us take you through the paces of our wine portfolio that will prepare you for the competition with some tasting tips and tricks. Next, settle in for a 4-course seasonally-inspired menu from Chef Frank Dodd, complete with secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware. With the assistance of the Trius team, use your newly acquired skills to guess the wine paired with each course. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!
