Trius Black Glass Dinner – New Year’s Special Edition
Wednesday, December 31 at 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Amplify your senses at this interactive New Year’s Eve pre-party dining experience. 

Start your evening with your dining companions (and soon-to-be adversaries) in our Sparkling Cellar with a guided tasting led by one of our resident wine experts. Let us prepare you for the competition with some tasting tips and tricks. Next, settle in for a 5-course seasonally-inspired menu from Chef Frank Dodd, complete with secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware. With the assistance of the Trius team, use your newly acquired skills to guess the wine paired with each course. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!  

This dining experience will end at approximately 10 pm, allowing you time to arrive at your final destination and ring in 2015 with your closest companions.

Harvest Table Lunch
December 6 & 13 at 12:30 pm Reception; 1 pm Lunch

Join us for a dining experience around our Harvest Table. Enjoy an intimate lunch hosted by a member of Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team as they share local food and wine stories. The experience will begin with a Sparkling Reception with artisanal charcuterie in Cellar 63, leading into a 3-course menu featuring wine and food grown in the same soil. $65 per person plus taxes and gratuities.

Icewinemaker's Dinner
Saturday, January 17 at 5:30 pm

Join us for this annual Icewine Festival tradition! Meet the Trius team at our Wine Country Vintners store in downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, at the heart of the Icewine Festival, at 5:30 p.m. for a complimentary hot chocolate with a kiss of Panama Jack liqueur to kick off the night. As a group, hop on our complimentary shuttle to Trius Winery for a Trius Brut reception before settling in to enjoy Chef Frank Dodd’s Icewine inspired tasting menu, with pairings from Winemaker Craig McDonald. Relax and enjoy while these two show you how Icewine pairs with savoury foods while you sip and taste through four courses. After dinner, we will head downtown just in time to join the Icewine Cocktail Competition Party – remember to bundle up! $150 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuities. $135 per person exclusive of taxes and gratuities for Wine Club Members.
