Icewinemaker's Dinner
January 13 & 20 at 6 PM

Join us for our annual Icewine Festival tradition (two dates to choose from)! We’ll start the evening with an Icewine cocktail reception followed by a 4-course dinner by Executive Chef Frank Dodd. We’ll show you how Icewine pairs with savoury foods as you sip and taste through each delectable course with wines perfectly paired by 2016 Winemaker of the Year Craig McDonald. After dinner, we’ll gather for dessert, where you can stay cozy inside or bundle up and enjoy the fire pits on the patio.

Trius Black Glass Dinner – New Year’s Eve Edition
Sunday, December 31 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm - SOLD OUT

Amplify your senses at this interactive New Year’s Eve pre-party dining experience.

Start your evening off with your dining companions (and soon-to-be adversaries) in our Sparkling Cellar with a guided tasting led by one of our resident wine experts. Let us take you through the paces of our wine portfolio that will prepare you for the competition with some tasting tips and tricks. Next, settle into the Trius Red Cellar for a 4-course seasonally-inspired menu from Chef Frank Dodd, complete with secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware. With the assistance of the Trius team, use your newly acquired skills to guess the wine paired with each course. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!

This dining experience will end at approximately 10 pm, allowing you time to arrive at your final destination to ring in 2018!

Trius Black Glass Dinner
Every Friday Night @ 6pm

Amplify your senses at this interactive dining experience!

Hosted by our wine experts, you’ll start the evening with a guided wine tasting in the cellar. For dinner, you’ll have the best seats in the house as you savour 3-courses of locally-inspired cuisine by Executive Chef Frank Dodd. Each course will include secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware, and with the assistance of the Trius team, you’ll guess which wine is in your glass. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!

After dinner, we’ll head outside for a dessert reception with roasted marshmallows over an open fire and a delicious glass of Icewine or Icewine hot chocolate.
