Farmer's Market Brunch

Love to cook? We're excited to give you the opportunity to learn tips and tricks from our Gold Medal Plates winning chef! Chef Frank Dodd invites you to share (some of) his best kept kitchen secrets with you.

Before your culinary adventure begins, mingle with your classmates while enjoying a glass of our famous bubbly, Trius Brut paired with gourmet snacks during a Sparkling Reception. Then, settle in for an interactive, one hour cooking class with our cuisinier. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three course lunch showcasing the dish Frank demonstrated complemented by some of our best wines.

Join us for a dining experience around our Harvest Table. Enjoy an intimate lunch hosted by a member of Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team as they share local food and wine stories. It’s that time of the year again – the holidays are quickly approaching and the smell of freshly baked holiday treats is right around the corner. Join us as Chef Frank Dodd guides you in taking the average sugar cookie and transforming it into your very own mouth watering creation, while sipping on a glass of Trius Brut. Several seasonal ingredients will be provided to allow you to use your very own creative flare to decorate your own homemade holiday cookies - just the way you like them! This is your chance to combine your enthusiasm for the holiday season with your creativity in the kitchen, all while satisfying your sweet tooth with the most delicious festive treats to take home and enjoy.

Amplify your senses at this interactive dining experience!

Start off the evening with your dining companions (and soon-to-be adversaries) in our winery boutique with a guided tasting led by one of our resident wine experts. Let us take you through the paces of our wine portfolio that will prepare you for the competition with some tasting tips and tricks. Next, settle in for a 4-course seasonally-inspired menu from Chef Frank Dodd, complete with secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware. With the assistance of the Trius team, use your newly acquired skills to guess the wine paired with each course. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!

To the victor go the spoils. Guess the most wines correctly and we will reward your excellent senses with a bottle of award-winning Trius Brut to take home.

Around the World in Four Courses *Wine Club Member Exclusive

Grab your passport and get ready to indulge! Allow yourself to slip into vacation mode as Chef Frank Dodd takes you on an iconic journey across the globe through a seasonally inspired four course menu. Chef will prepare some of his favourite dishes from his cooking experiences around the world and re-create them for you to enjoy in the heart of Ontario Wine Country. One common theme you will find just about anywhere you travel is the powerful combination of food and wine. Join our Winemaker Craig McDonald, as he shares some of his award-winning creations that he has chosen to pair with each unique dish – to increase flavour and awaken your taste buds!
