Join us this October for a celebration of the hustle and bustle of harvest season at Trius Winery. Offered exclusively to our Wine Club Members, the afternoon will begin with a Trius Brut Reception before indulging in a 3-course harvest-inspired menu, served family style, crafted by Executive Chef Frank Dodd. Trius Black Glass Dinner

Amplify your senses at this interactive dining experience!

Start off the evening with your dining companions (and soon-to-be adversaries) in our winery boutique with a guided tasting led by one of our resident wine experts. Let us take you through the paces of our wine portfolio that will prepare you for the competition with some tasting tips and tricks. Next, settle in for a 4-course seasonally-inspired menu from Chef Frank Dodd, complete with secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware. With the assistance of the Trius team, use your newly acquired skills to guess the wine paired with each course. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!

To the victor go the spoils. Guess the most wines correctly and we will reward your excellent senses with a bottle of award-winning Trius Brut to take home.

Few desserts are more closely associated with fall than candy apples. Tart, crisp apples with a sweet chocolate finish make for a perfect autumn treat. Under the instruction of Winery Chef Frank Dodd you will decorate your locally-grown harvest apples while you sip on one of our classic VQA award-winning wines. Chef will provide everything you need to dress up your apples as he teaches you the ins and outs of making the perfect chocolate fondant covered apples.

Sip, stroll and dine your way around our exciting new signature spaces at the first ever Trius Supper Walkabout!

Join us this Member Exclusive Weekend for a dining experience that leads you through gourmet food stations (with the perfect pairings from our winemaker, Craig McDonald, of course!), around the winery, including the bubbly-inspired Trius Sparkling Cellar and the provocatively-designed Trius Red Room. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to capture your Trius Red Carpet moment! Chef Frank Dodd will create a unique pairing to savour in each space before converging in our Vineyard Pavilion to enjoy the final course.
