Learn the best techniques for preparing the perfect cuts for the kitchen and BBQ, from chicken for roasting to the ultimate pork crackling. This Wine Club exclusive dinner is a perfect opportunity for both wine and whisky lovers to come together and celebrate the best Canadian flavours! Join Winemaker Craig McDonald, Wayne Gretzky Estates’ Master Distiller Joshua Beach, and Trius’ own Executive Chef Frank Dodd as they partner for this epic culinary adventure with wine, whisky and local farm-fresh ingredients. We’ll start the evening with a Trius twist on a whisky cocktail, giving you a first look at Wayne Gretzky Estates No.99 Whisky before the Winery & Distillery opens in spring 2017. Then we’ll settle into our private dining room overlooking the vineyard for a 4-course dinner. Chef Dodd will serve up the bounty of the great north, expertly paired with our award-winning wines. We’ll be sure to toast Craig as the 2016 Winemaker of the Year, too!
