Love to cook? We're excited to give you the opportunity to learn tips and tricks from our Gold Medal Plates winning chef! Chef Frank Dodd invites you to share (some of) his best kept kitchen secrets with you.

Before your culinary adventure begins, mingle with your classmates while enjoying a glass of our famous bubbly, Trius Brut paired with gourmet snacks during a Sparkling Reception. Then, settle in for an interactive, one hour cooking class with our cuisinier. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three course lunch showcasing the dish Frank demonstrated complemented by some of our best wines.

April 4th - Spring has sprung! Join Chef Frank Dodd in celebrating with a focus on cooking with fresh spring ingredients such as Green & White Asparagus.

Harvest Table Lunch

Join us for a dining experience around our Harvest Table. Enjoy an intimate lunch hosted by a member of Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team as they share local food and wine stories. Trius Black Glass Dinner

Amplify your senses at this interactive dining experience!

Start off the evening with your dining companions (and soon-to-be adversaries) in our winery boutique with a guided tasting led by one of our resident wine experts. Let us take you through the paces of our wine portfolio that will prepare you for the competition with some tasting tips and tricks. Next, settle in for a 4-course seasonally-inspired menu from Chef Frank Dodd, complete with secret wine pairings disguised in opaque black stemware. With the assistance of the Trius team, use your newly acquired skills to guess the wine paired with each course. Red or white? Chardonnay or Riesling? Merlot or Cabernet Franc? Put your nose and palate to the test!

To the victor go the spoils. Guess the most wines correctly and we will reward your excellent senses with a bottle of award-winning Trius Brut to take home.

Ice-Cream, You Scream * Wine Club Member Exclusive

Join Winery Chef Frank Dodd as he turns this delectable treat from “cow to cone”. The Iconic Moments of Trius: Past & Present *Wine Club Member Exclusive

Everyday Iconic, has decided to push the envelope by offering an exclusive dining experience to celebrate our history of wine making and culinary excellence. We have invited back two iconic Trius Winery veterans; Darryl Brooker - Head Winemaker from 2005 to 2010, and Chef Tony de Luca - Executive Winery Chef from 1996 to 2005. Darryl Brooker will be joining us all the way from CedarCreek Estate Winery in British Columbia to help host and reminisce about past vintages and memorable moments in Trius history. Behind the scenes, Chef Tony de Luca will join Chef Frank Dodd on his culinary team for the evening, as they join forces to create four memorable courses.

Together, Craig, Darryl,Frank and Tony are planning to deliver the most unforgettable evening. Book now as this dinner is sure to sell out!

Trius Movie Night in the Vineyard - Dinner & a Movie
June 5, 12, 26 & July 26. Please arrive for your dinner promptly at 6:30 pm with the movie starting at sunset.

Meet us at Hollywood and ‘Vine’ for a wine country version of a night at the drive in.

Start the night off indulging in a seasonally-inspired 3-course dinner by Gold Medal Plates-winning Chef, Frank Dodd. Each course will be complemented perfectly by our wines.

After dinner, it’s time to settle in for the movie! Relax in the best Vineyard Lawn seats in the house – reserved just for our Dinner & A Movie guests. With a glass of Trius wine in hand, and some movie theatre style snacks to share enjoy a classic film favourite. Under a blanket of stars and surrounded by our idyllic vineyard – this will be one dinner and a movie night to remember.

Special Details: Please arrive for your dinner promptly at 6:30 pm. Gates for the movie open at 8:30 pm and the movie starts promptly after sunset. This event is 19 years and over. Please do not bring your own chairs, blankets, alcohol, food or pets. In case of inclement weather movies will be cancelled and ticket holders notified and refunded by 2pm the day prior; dinner and a movie guests will proceed with dinner as scheduled.
