Relax in our modern, yet warm dining room or soak in the vineyard views from a table in our seasonal Wine Garden. In addition to multi-course tasting menus with wine pairings, Chef Dodd’s themed dining events, including blind tasting dinners and cooking classes, offer visitors an opportunity to blend wine and food in creative new ways.

Private group dining options are also available, allowing guests to enjoy Chef Dodd’s cuisine in unique venues. The Studio, the Winemaker’s Lookout, the Vineyard Pavilion or the Trius Red Barrel Cellar can accommodate groups ranging from 12 to 110 and are sure to create a backdrop for your special event that guests will enjoy just as much as the wine and food. myWineLife is a customizable wine club that gives you access to premium VQA wines from Peller Estates, Trius Winery, Wayne Gretzky Estates and Thirty Bench, delivered right to your door. You’ll sip and savour locally-crafted wines that are not widely available, some only at the wineries, and become a Wine Country insider.

As a Wine Club member, you and up to 5 guests can enjoy the incredible perks at our family of wineries including, Peller Estates, Trius Winery, Wayne Gretzky Estates and Thirty Bench Wine Makers.

You will also have access to the Wine Club Concierge team, who are available to assist with dining reservations and event ticket purchases, provide wine recommendations and pairing suggestions and offer gifting assistance.

“I’ve been in the Trius Winery Restaurant kitchen for over decade now, but I feel like I’m just getting started. Niagara is, without a doubt, one of Canada’s most prolific regions for really fantastic farm-to-table ingredients, and we’re seeing amazing new things every season. Add to that getting to work closely with a winemaker who really understands food and is making a world-class portfolio of wines for me to cook and pair dishes with - it really doesn’t get any better than this!”
