Harvest Table Lunch
February 21 & Every Saturday from March until end of May at 12:30 pm Reception; 1 pm Lunch

Join us for a dining experience around our Harvest Table. Enjoy an intimate lunch hosted by a member of Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team as they share local food and wine stories. The experience will begin with a Sparkling Reception with artisanal charcuterie in Cellar 63, leading into a 3-course menu featuring wine and food grown in the same soil. $65 per person plus taxes and gratuities.

Sparkling Wine Tour & Tasting
Available after March 9 running every Monday to Friday at 2:00 pm & Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 pm

This bubbly tour and tasting will take you into our underground Trius Sparkling Wine Cellar, where you will see more than 300,000 bottles of sparkling wine ageing. Listen to the romantic story of sparkling wine and taste our award winning sparklers, including Trius Brut and our Trius Brut Rosé, winner of Best Sparkling Wine of the Year from the 2013 All Canadian Wine Championships.

Icewine Tour & Tasting
Offered Monday to Friday at 3:00 pm & Saturday and Sunday at 3:30 pm

Trius Winery has been making Icewine for 30 years. Tour the winery listening to our stories about picking fruit in the dead cold of winter and pressing a single drop of juice from each frozen grape. Enjoy a tasting of Icewines only available at the Estate.

A Trius Winery Tour
Offered Monday to Friday at 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm & Saturday and Sunday hourly from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

This tour and tasting gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the world of winemaking at Trius Winery. It gives you a taste (literally) of the path a grape follows from vineyard to finished wine. Explore our White and Red Barrel Cellars and enjoy a tasting of our favourite Trius wines. $10 per person and complimentary for Wine Club Members.

The Loft
Open Daily

The Loft, our luxurious private tasting room, featuring our small lot wines only available at the winery, alongside a selection of vintage wines. Our Wine Consultants are there to answer questions about your wine buying selections. The Loft is also the ideal place to shop for the latest stemware, decanters and funnels.

Wine Country Touring Pass
Offered daily from 10 am to winery closing time.

This exclusive Wine Country Touring Pass gives VIP access to Niagara's best wine experiences. Guests can spend a full day touring and tasting through Wine Country at four of the region's most unique wine destinations; Peller Estates, Trius Winery, Thirty Bench Wine Makers and Wine Country Vintners. Bring your confirmation and pick up your pass at any of the four locations. $20 per person.

Days of Wine & Chocolate at Trius Winery
Weekends in February; 11 am to 5 pm

Explore the decadently sweet and savoury art of wine and chocolate pairing. Visit our wineries to taste up to 26 VQA wines matched with chocolate-infused dishes – from classically sweet flavour combinations to unexpected surprises. A romantic celebration for two or a great reason for a girls’ getaway weekend! Make Trius Winery your first stop along the Wine Country route and try our Trius Brut Rosé paired with Chef Frank Dodd's Dark Chocolate and Bacon Truffle*.

Touring passes are $35 per person (plus HST).  Passes are valid any event weekend in February and entitle the holder to one VQA wine and food pairing at each of the 26 Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake.  Touring passes can also be purchased at the winery or online here.

March Madness at Trius Winery Restaurant
March 6 through to 31

March Madness at Trius Winery Restaurant is the perfect reason to get friends and family together to join you for a delectable dining experience in wine country.

Starting from March 6 through to 31, we’ll be offering a March Madness 5-course tasting menu for only $55 ($30 saving per person). This price does not include your wine selection, taxes or gratuities.

Every Saturday evening in March (7, 14, 21, & 28), our interactive Black Glass Dinners will be specially priced at $80 ($25 saving per person), plus taxes and gratuities.

Frank Dodd's Cooking School

Love to cook? We're excited to give you the opportunity to learn tips and tricks from our Gold Medal Plates winning chef! Chef Frank Dodd invites you to share (some of) his best kept kitchen secrets with you.

Before your culinary adventure begins, mingle with your classmates while enjoying a glass of our famous bubbly, Trius Brut paired with gourmet snacks during a Sparkling Reception. Then, settle in for an interactive, one hour cooking class with our cuisinier. Following the class, sit back and relax as the team serves up a three course lunch showcasing the dish Frank demonstrated complemented by some of our best wines.

April 4th - Spring has sprung! Join Chef Frank Dodd in celebrating with a focus on cooking with fresh spring ingredients such as Green & White Asparagus.

April 18th – Join Chef Frank Dodd’s to learn all there is to know about handmade Ravioli’s from one of Canada's best chefs.

This is one of the most anticipated winter events in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This 8 day culinary adventure is offered by several Niagara-on-the-Lake restaurants and features 3-course, prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at deliciously discounted prices.
