At Trius we are passionate believers that the last thing you should be doing at a wine seminar is looking at your watch. While there’s no shortage of swirling and sipping at our seminars, there is also a healthy dose of hands-on fun, like learning how to sabre a bottle of bubbly, descending into Canada’s largest underground sparkling cellar, or slurping on an Icewine snow cone!
